These terms govern use of the Phillip AI personal assistant SMS service operated by Christopher Acker. This is a private, personal service and is not available to the general public.
This service is restricted to the account owner (Christopher Acker). No other individuals are authorized to use this service.
The account owner may send SMS messages to the designated phone number to interact with a self-hosted AI assistant. The assistant will respond via SMS. All messages are routed through Twilio's messaging infrastructure.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier SMS and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Messages are sent only in response to inbound messages initiated by the account owner. There are no unsolicited or scheduled outbound messages.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
This service is provided as-is for personal use. The operator makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
